Facilities Management (FM) is an interdisciplinary field devoted to the coordination of space, infrastructure, people and organization, often associated with the administration of office blocks, arenas, schools, convention centers, shopping complexes, hospitals, hotels, etc.We are subject to continuous innovation and development, under pressure to reduce costs and to add value to the core business of the client organisation where possible. FM facilitates on a wider range of activities than just business services and these are referred to as non-core functions. These unique and professional services can be engaged on a stand-alone basis as a main FM Contractor or combined and integrated with our Operations, Maintenance and Specialist Technical Divisions respectively.
